Twinlab Colon Care Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one serving daily or as directed. Simply add two rounded tablespoons (22.8 g) to 8 fluid ounces of water. Stir and serve. An additional glass of water is helpful. Notice: This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough fluid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
