At night massage a small amount into cleansed skin, all over face and throat. InterCell works with daily fluid intake to bind and hold moisture in skin. We suggest 6-8 glasses of liquids a day. (Because InterCell is so light and quickly absorbed, another cream can be applied over it for synergistic action)
