In this Mexican crime picture directed by Carlos Duran, El Chaca has a brutal confrontation with the feds, but he manages to make a miraculous escape. Thinking him dead, his partner Mariano coldly betrays him. As El Chaca rebuilds his criminal empire, his friends and associates gather to pay him birthday respects.
