| This pull up bar does exactly as promised. No damage to the door frame and I can put it up in seconds.

| I think this is just what was looking for. A pull up bar that I didnt need to screw into the door frame, that I could take down easily, and that was sturdy enough to trust for a good workout. I really like it.

| This pull up bar is aasy to assemble, sturdy great value! I recommend! Unlike the chin up bars I have seen in sports stores!
