| I must say, Im quite impressed with the cushion I received. Its remarkably supportive, not too firm nor too soft, which is perfect for my home office chair. The cooling gel is a impactful – it keeps me comfortable for hours. Although, I did notice that after a few days of use, it seems to compress slightly. But considering it comes with two, Im not too concerned. Now I understand the value of having a backup!
