| Sought a device akin to a brand I cant find locally. These are reviewed as compact, but they still perform well. I appreciate the clarity for listening without quickly degrading. These suffice for now.

| I rarely leave negative feedback, but in this case I feel I need to because 1) the product didn't work, & 2) the button for the return label also didn't work, so I could complete the 'return item. 3) I contacted seller, explaining the problem & asking that they send me a url link directly to the label page, they responded by saying just press the return button, I wrote them back reiterating that the button was not working on my end & would they please send me a url link to the label page-no go.

| The local stores ceased carrying similar amplifiers. I use one daily. With different colors, theyre superior to other aids—they amplify without distortion and dont emit static. If they get dirty, I just clean them. Ive used several since receiving them. Theyve all lasted weeks, and if a few dont endure as long—I received plenty. Some reviews mentioned the amplifiers were less robust than others, but mine were as advertised. Your experience may differ, of course, but mine met expectations.
