| The tortilla pans worked perfectly. The flour tortilla shells were crisp and brown. I preheated the pans in the oven first.

| I lowered my temperature and extended the cooking time on 10" tortillias due to the top edge getting over done, i also did a very light butter coating with a pastry brush for an even browning and flavor enhancement.

| I recently purchased the Perfect Bake Serve Tortilla Pan and it has completely transformed our Taco Tuesdays! The non-stick surface is a dream to work with, and I was pleased with that I can create healthier taco bowls without frying. Cleanup is a breeze since theyre dishwasher safe. Highly recommend for any health-conscious taco was pleased withr!
