| These are just perfect. I dont see them being any better or worse than the rest of them out there. They are good quality, heavy for their size. They are all perfect and stack to store.

| Ive tried a few different types of tortillas, including black bean gluten free tortillas, and they work great. I keep them in for more like 8-10 mins because 5 mins still leaves them chewier than I think a tortilla bowl should be.

| Compared to other tortilla makers Ive tried, this Non-Stick Tortilla Bowl Maker is superior. The carbon steel ensures even heat distribution, and Ive had no issues with sticking. However, I do recommend using a bit of non-stick spray for best results.

| I lowered my temperature and extended the cooking time on 10" tortillias due to the top edge getting over done, i also did a very light butter coating with a pastry brush for an even browning and flavor enhancement.
