The box includes: 2x 450mm Rods, 4x 225mm Rods, 2x 9" Bracket, Tripod Mounting Plate, Quick release adapter plate, Top Handle. Tripod Mounting Plate: This is 15mm Tripod Mounting Plate having both 1/4" and 3/8" threaded holes for standard tripods. This Plate is complete made of alluminum black sand anodized.
