Apply 1/8-1/4 teaspoon, morning and night, to a thin-skinned area - forearm, breastbone, neck, face and hands, etc. Menstruating women - Begin 12 days after the first day of your menstrual flow. Continue through the 26th day. Non-menstruating women - Begin on the 1st day of each month. Continue for 25 consecutive days, then take a five-day break.
