Apply one full press of the pump once or twice a day as needed. Rotate application each time between face, hands, chest, inner arms and thighs. Progesta-Care Men's Formula unique pump-style container dispenses the recommended amount of cream with each full press of the pump. One full press of the pump delivers 10mg of natural Progesterone, an average physiological amount recommended for men by many medical researchers.
Use once or twice a day for a maximum of 25 consecutive days. Resume after a five-day break. Can be taken long term without side effects.
