Restorative Tonic: Two or three times per day take 30 to 40 drops in water or in Raspberry Leaf Tea. As with many tonics, full results may take 1 to 3 months. Prenatal Tonic: Two or three times per day take 30 to 40 drops in water or in Raspberry Leaf Tea throughout last trimester. With difficult pregnancies or history of premature birth miscarriage, use as a tonic may be indicated throughout entire pregnancy. Acute: Three to five times per day take 30 to 40 drops in water.
