We prepare our Osha Extract from the roots of Ligusticum porteri plants which are Custom Wildcrafted in their wild high mountain habitat. To assure optimal extraction of Osha's bioactive compounds, the roots are hand-harvested only after the plants and seeds have fully matured, and are then carefully shade-dried and thoroughly extracted. Our Osha is never fumigated or irradiated.

Shake well before using. Two to four times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water.
