We prepare our Horehound extract from the leaf and flower of Marrubium vulgare plants which are Custom Wildcrafted in their natural wild habitat. To assure optimal extraction of Horehound's bioactive compounds, the plants are hand-harvested only while in full flower, are carefully shade-dried and cleaned of stems, and are then thoroughly extracted. Our Horehound is never fumigated or irradiated.
