Take Greens Today Men's Formula once daily on an empty/light stomach. Pour 10-12 oz of water, juice, soy, rice or almond milk into a shaker container (At The Organic Frog, they like to shake it up in water!). Add in portion recommended with enclosed measured scoop. Cover, shake well, and enjoy!
