| I thought it was great! I usually find it hard to get motivated to excercise (Im a bit of a couch potato), but I could keep on watching TV or listening to the radio and just rock and crunch! I was at it off and on for a whole evening!

| I own an Ab Roller and I love it! I must say, if you know how to use it it can be very effective, but some people talk about not being able to lift it off the ground. If you just lower your head on the head rest, it is easier to get yourself up. I dont think it is considered cheating because I can still feel my abs burning, but give it a try and see what you think. ;)
